Remember… there is no such thing as a silly question.
We are here to serve you! if you have any questions, comments, or suggestions we are all ears! Please reach out!!
So how does your selling process work?
After filling in the form we will reach out to set up an in home consultation. It is at this consultation that we will be able to give you your offer as well as any recommendations on whether you should list your home. If you like your offer and are ready to accept, we will draft out a purchase agreement and can begin with the selling process. A local title company will handle the entire transaction and you should have your cash within two weeks. Thats it! basically we will hold your hand and guide you through the entire process so that we can make things as easy as possible.
Why do you need to do a home consultation?
The reason for needing a home consultation is so that we can learn more about you and your property. In order for us to give a fair offer, we need to find out what work (if any) is necessary on the house, and how much it will cost us. It is because we do not give “low ball” offers that we have to be as accurate with repair costs as possible. Make sure to check out our selling equation we use when making our offers!
Will you wear a mask during your consultations?
We will gladly wear a mask during our home consultations! Brielle and I (and our acquisition agents) are all fully vaccinated against the covid-19 virus.
Are you going to list my home on the traditional market?
If you are looking to sell your house fast for cash then No! We would buy your house directly ourselves in order to skip the lengthy selling process. Although if you do need advice on listing your home we do provide that as well.
What is the difference between listing on the market and a “cash offer” from you guys?
Listing on the traditional market involves finding a real estate agent, signing a contract with them (usually 6 months in length), and then preparing your home for open houses and the normal selling process. This also involves paying the agent a ~6% commission. With an all-cash offer, you would not put your house on the market because we would be buying it ourselves with our own cash. Because of this you won’t have to deal with any of the headaches or fees normally associated with selling your home.
I Like My Offer. When can I expect my cash?
If you like your offer and are ready to move forward we can usually get you your cash in about 14 days!
Do I need to sign any kind of contract to get my offer?
No! All of our services require no commitment. Filling in the form, your home consultation, and any advice we give are absolutely free. The only time to sign a contract is when you decide that you LOVE your offer and want to make a deal!
Aren’t most home cash buyers scams? How else would you be able to make money buying my house?
Many businesses out there offer as little as possible so that they can squeeze as much money as they can out of each deal. This can leave a bad taste in everybody’s mouth and can leave both the company and industry with a bad reputation. That being said there are many companies out there that operate with honesty and integrity. Our best advice is to get multiple quotes and make sure to pay attention to each company and how well they carry themselves as well as how transparent they are with their offers.
What if I decide to say no?
No big deal! Part of our business model is making sure the customer is comfortable saying no. It is very important to us to be a no-obligation, no-pressure business. We are always here “just for advice” if that’s what is needed.
